Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your massage appointment. To ensure our schedule runs smoothly and allow others the opportunity to book, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your appointment without notifying us, a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled service may be charged.
